For the 2027 System budget (.pdf), the Revenue Neutral Rate and Budget Hearings took place on August 28 and the certified copy of budget has been submitted to the Home County Clerk.
The Executive Board approved the 2027 System Plan and Budget for the Southeast Kansas Regional System of Cooperating Libraries on May 18, 2026 and the State Library of Kansas Board approved the Plan on Friday, June 12.
The System is currently using the approved 2026 Southeast Kansas Library System Plan and 2026 Published Budget (.pdf).
